I'll say what i say to the Halo fans...compare it to what you could be doing. Shatter Hex is almost the same thing and lets u use any elite you want (namely mantra of recover).

don't forget that shatter hex costs more energy and doesnt remove enchantments:P

but on topic...[skill]scavenger's focus[/skill] look at this compared to [skill]glass arrows[/skill]
glass arrows:unconditional damage thats higher with the add-on of applied bleeding if blocked,costs less and can last longer considering expertise is a must with rangers

Alright....why in the world would you want this as a change? O_o It would allow for the ability to maintain multiple bonds on every party member. Secondly: Keystone Signet has no attribute...where would it belong? Inspiration?

I'm proposing:

Keystone Signet: All signets of party members in the area are recharged, except for keystone signet.

Does it have potential to be overpowered? Probably. Would it be utilized in the current meta? Probably not. I think the skill needs something drastic like this to make it see play. (Maybe change to: For every signet recharged this way, one party member in the area undergoes the effects of keystone signet).

scavengers needs a buff for sure.. thats just .. unfair..

kinda like

[skill]Fox Fangs[/skill] to [skill]Wild Strike[/skill]

Wild Strike-Less recharge time more damage cant be blocked, ends a stance..

If you actually read properly what I suggested about Hex Eater vortx, it would make it a much better hex removal.

I didnt mean to list it as useless sorry, but just that I would like to have a party wide hex removal somewhere. The enchant removal hardly does much in PVE, and yes I can easilly play the whole game on HM without requiring enchant removal.

I dont think hex eater vortex sees any play in PVP, there are far better elites mesmers should be using.

HEV has seen good play in GvG teams.
